The Transformer Sigma has a double air tray table which can be moved independently. These surfaces are bidirectional and measure 600 x 1300 mm; the pants are positioned, moves to the laser work area in which are recorded and returns to the point of origin. When the pants come back, the operator turn it on and makes the area Scroll foward engraving the front and back in the same operation. Finally the finished garment leaves the machine.
One of the most important advantages is that the laser is never stopped, you are always firing and this causes no downtime in production. The work space may vary according to the requirements of the customer in every moment of 600-1300 mm.
